Shipping & Delivery Policy
Currently we offer Standard Shipping to to all 48 U.S. States. Shipping (freight) charges are real fees charged by the various factories. Rather than "hide" these fees in the product price, we have chosen to provide you with an every day low price, and to pass the freight cost along if it exists. Not every vendor charges these fees. 

How Will My Product Ship
Standard Shipping: Available for all 48 States. Product ships via FedEx, UPS, or Common Carrier. For UPS or FedEx shipments, your merchandise will be brought inside your building. For items that are too large to ship via UPS or FedEx, tailgate shipping is included, meaning you will be responsible for taking the furniture off of the delivery truck. If the selected product carries a Shipping Charge, it will be shown at check-out. 

Inside Delivery: Available in Northern California. Inside delivery includes the full assembly of your item, and delivery and placement in your space. These optional charges will be shown at check-out. 

Receipt of Goods: Chairs that ship via UPS or FedEx Ground typically will be left at your door if you are not there at the time of delivery. However, Common carrier deliveries require you to be present at the time of delivery.

Order Lead Times
Final approved orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Shipment times vary by product and range from 5 working days to 15 working day.
